How do I cancel my subscription?

From your subscription settings, at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

HoloGem is not authorized to do anything about the cancellation of subscriptions.

To cancel the subscription:

iOS
1. Go to your phone’s homepage
2. Go to Settings> Your Apple ID> Subscriptions and you see HoloGem in the list,
3. Tap Cancel subscription

For Android
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions and you see HoloGem in the list.
4. Tap Cancel subscription.
