HoloGem is operated by Ratel Bilişim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, Türkiye (“Ratel,” “we,” or “us”). By using HoloGem, you agree to these Terms; otherwise, do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing.
The Service
HoloGem identifies trading cards, organizes collections and wishlists, and displays estimated market values. Features may require internet access, supported hardware, or a subscription. Available features and usage limits are described in-app.
You must be at least 13 and meet higher local age requirements. Below legal adulthood, parental or guardian authorization is required for use and purchases.
Identification and Price Estimates
Matches, variants, grades, prices, and portfolio calculations may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. Verify results before relying on them. Third-party price estimates may differ from actual offers or sale proceeds after fees and taxes.
HoloGem does not authenticate or grade cards, guarantee sale prices, or provide investment, financial, tax, or professional appraisal advice. You are responsible for trading and collecting decisions.
Accounts and Your Content
Your account is associated with your installation. Protect your device and keep important exports. Recovery after reinstalling or changing devices depends on available account and purchase records; subscription restoration does not guarantee collection recovery.
You retain rights in your content and permit us to process, store, and display it to operate HoloGem. Submit only content you may lawfully use, avoiding others’ private information.
Do not misuse the service, access others’ data, bypass purchase or usage limits, or scrape data without permission. Reverse engineering is restricted only where legally permitted.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, included features, limits, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the relevant store’s terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable store renewal deadline. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal may be charged during the preceding 24 hours. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to store rules.
Trials, if offered, convert to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled by the stated deadline. Eligibility and unused trial time follow store rules. Price changes follow applicable notice and consent requirements.
Deleting HoloGem or your account does not cancel a subscription. Use the app’s restore option with the appropriate store account to recover eligible purchases. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store’s process and applicable law; nothing here removes mandatory refund or cancellation rights.
Ownership and Third Parties
Ratel and its licensors own the app’s software, design, and original content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use under these Terms and store rules.
Trading-card artwork, names, trademarks, and third-party market data belong to their respective owners. HoloGem is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Pokémon, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or other card publishers unless expressly stated. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms; we do not control their availability or transactions.
Changes, Suspension, and Deletion
We may update the service or suspend access for security, legal compliance, or material breaches of these Terms. Any notice or opportunity to remedy a breach will be provided where required by applicable law. Changes to paid services remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Stop using HoloGem at any time. Request deletion through Profile → Delete all data or hello@ratel.com.tr, exporting needed records first. The Privacy Policy explains retention exceptions.
Liability and Applicable Law
To the extent permitted by law, HoloGem is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost trading profits, to the extent such exclusions are lawful. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Turkish law governs these Terms, without depriving you of mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in your country of residence where applicable. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
